Order Processing
T&G 3D Printing is small and family owned, we work hard to process orders in a timely manner, any order placed before 12pm MST is usually processed within 5-7 business days after we receive it. This means that the product has been printed, boxed, and is ready to be shipped to you. Any order or request placed after 12pm from Monday through Friday (our facility is closed on weekends) will not be processed until the following business days. Due to high order volume, please keep in mind that processing times may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
Fulfillment Hours of Operation
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
- Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
Order Edits or Cancellations
Our system begins processing orders minutes after they are placed, so if you would like to cancel an order please email tg3dprinting2022@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.
Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping address and quantities ordered are correct.
