Return Policy

As a small, family-owned business, we care about the satisfaction of our customers. If you aren’t happy with your order, please give us the opportunity to make it right and find a solution that will leave you happy.

Here’s the info you’ll need to know:

• If you are not happy with your order please reach out to tg3dprinting2022@gmail.com 
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on products at this time.
• Return process must be started within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges, 
• Any requests received after 3pm MST on Friday will be responded to as soon as we can the following Monday.
• Please inspect all packages before opening to ensure they are not damaged or defective. If the shipping package is damaged please photograph prior to opening. 
• Items that are damaged or broken can be returned to T&G 3D Printing for store credit within 30 days of receiving the item. Store credit will be issued for purchase amount, not including shipping and handling charges.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for T&G 3D Printing to process your return.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the receipt your returned items.
• All sales of Final Sale/Hot Deals/Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
